Position Available: Office Administrator
Coordinate and maintain efficient office operations. Strong customer service; by answering phone calls, greeting residents and visitors. Handle minor financial transactions for the office. Keep Township database updated. Handle incoming mail and deliveries. Keep track of office supplies and purchase when necessary. Prioritize daily work and complete work with little supervision. Responsible for Township web site.
